Terms and Conditions for FC Prishtina Online Shop
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions made through FC Prishtina’s online shop at www.prishtinafc.com, where the club offers official merchandise such as home kits, away kits, and third kits.
Ordering and Payments
Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. In case an item is out of stock, customers will be notified and may either receive a refund or choose a substitute product.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment options. Payments must be completed in advance to confirm the order.
Pricing: Prices are listed in EUR and include VAT, as required by Kosovo and EU regulations. FC Prishtina reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping fees, which are calculated based on the destination and order size. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.
International Delivery: We offer shipping within Kosovo and to select international locations. All customs duties, taxes, and additional charges for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery dates are provided at the time of order. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and FC Prishtina is not liable for delays beyond our control.
Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and have all tags intact.
Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at info@prishtinafc.com with your order details. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was incorrect or defective.|
Refunds: Approved returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
